What type of photos can I upload for the orb?

You can upload a clear, high-resolution photo—baby ultrasounds, couple portraits, pet photos, or any meaningful image. Black & white or high-contrast images work best for engraving clarity.



Can I update or change my photo later?

Once your crystal orb is engraved and produced, the image cannot be changed. Please double-check your photo before submitting to ensure it’s exactly how you want it. If you’d like a new design, you can place a new order with the updated photo.
